Roadway to Success
I’ve seen businesses fail because they do the same thing over and over again and expect a different outcome. You must have a game plan.
Sometimes a brain, and an imagination creates a distinct advantage in determining “Success” or “Failure”. Maybe, you’re standing too close to the forest to see the trees, or just maybe, you need to wake up, and smell the coffee. If a tree falls in the woods, and no one is around, does it make a noise? Every problem has a solution. If you’re challenged in determining the answer to a situation, look for the Catch 22 (look for weaknesses). Every solution has a Catch 22; you have to sit back, think about the situation before it becomes a problem, and think about what you’ve learned, and what is your intended goal. You may have reached a milestone, and not aware of it. Don’t look at the glass as half-empty, but half-full. Learn, not only from your mistakes, but others. Always conduct an After- Action Report (AAR) to evaluate everyone’s performance. If the performance is marginal, don’t do the same thing and expect a different result.
