Forklift company seeking Service Dispatch Coordinator to assist the Service Manager in scheduling and dispatching mechanics. Interact with customer via phone/internet to determine work to be done. Open and track work orders.

Strong customer service/phone/computer skills required. Familiarity with industrial equipment a plus.
